Browne Named MAP Mentor of the Year

The International Students Office is proud to announce that ISO Operations Associate Antoinette Browne has received the Mentor of the Year award for the Office of Minority Education’s Mentor Advocate Program (MAP).  Our colleague is the epitome of selflessness and service, helping anyone she interacts with feel welcome and valued. Not only is she a mentor through MAP, she is also a beloved host in the ISO’s Hosts to International Students Program (HISP), as well as an active participant in the MIT Women’s League English Partner Program. In addition, she regularly attends MIT Language Conversation Exchange (LCE) events, helping the international community members improve their English—not to mention practicing her Spanish and Italian. Congratulations, Antoinette! The ISO and MIT are lucky to call you our colleague and friend.
