Since the July launch of Career Advising and Professional Development’s new and improved CareerBridge system (which now incorporates a career platform called Handshake), nearly 2,000 diverse opportunities have been posted by employers. The graph shows the distribution of job functions that are included in employer job postings in Handshake since the launch. CAPD’s hope is to promote career opportunities through the use of Handshake, but also to assist in career exploration with a diverse range of job types.
